Delete your account

You delete your account yourself. There is no form to fill in and nothing to ask us for.

1. Sign in on the Verissimum app or on this website.
2. Open Account settings.
3. Choose Delete account, and confirm.

The deletion removes your account, your sign-in identities, every session, every viewer, and each viewer’s push tokens, story requests and playback positions. The stories generated from your requests go with them. The privacy policy says what survives, and for how long.

Cannot sign in any more? Write to privacy@verissimum.com from the address the account was made with, and we delete it for you.

Deleting the account does not cancel a Plus subscription bought inside the iPhone, iPad or Android app. Apple and Google bill that, so cancel it in the store first, or it keeps renewing.
